Chasiti Dawson, President

Ms. Chasiti Dawson has more than 12 years of professional business experience as a business professional and entrepreneur. Before starting the Adellsen Group in 2006, Chasiti served in a number of capacities included Senior Project Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, Senior Consultant, and Senior Technical Writer for government agencies, non-profit organizations, and businesses. Over the years, she has provided management consulting, financial analyses, reports and briefings, asset management and related services to organizations. Ms. Dawson is recognized as a trusted advisor in her industry and uses her professional expertise to help rebuild and revitalize communities.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters of Business Administration from the George Washington University.

Charles Dawson

Senior Vice President, Operations

Mr. Charles Dawson has over 30 years of experience in management and consulting, teaching, and professional development. He served in several capacities throughout his extensive career with a variety of organizations which has readily prepared him to manage his current responsibilities including oversight of general operations, contract administration, and human capital. Mr. Dawson joined Adellsen in 2008 and guided the evolution of the company’s infrastructure ensuring sound business processes, procedures, and innovative information technology.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education and Management from the Johnson C. Smith University.

Danika Foster

Vice President, Marketing & Development

Ms. Danika Foster has 12 years of marketing and development experience including corporate marketing, strategic branding and positioning, and public and membership relations. She has also served as a marketing manager, marketing analyst, and business development manager for a variety organizations and industries including the Kennedy Center, Nike Corporation, and a professional sports association. Ms. Foster works to enhance and reinforce the Adellsen brand among government clients, community organizations, and other businesses.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Business Administration from the George Washington University.

Demaine Jones

Comptroller

Mr. Demaine Jones has eight years of experience as a finance professional and is responsible for Adellsen’s government-wide direction and leadership for financial management, internal audits, federal compliance and regulations and related issues. The Comptroller also supports capacity building and professional development in each of these areas. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Jones worked in the commercial banking sector.

He holds a BS degree in business from Howard University and is a member of the American Bankers Association.
